In connection with providing financial planning services the representatives of Harford Financial Group will obtain nonpublic personal information about clients, including:
Information received from tax and financial documents; Information received from other third parties; and Information received about transactions with others, including their financial advisors.
The investment adviser representatives will not disclose information regarding the client or their accounts except under the following circumstances:
To an authorized financial advisor and his or her manager; and to government entities or other third parties in response to subpoenas or other legal process as required by law.
Only those individuals who need it to perform their jobs are authorized to have access to confidential client information. Physical, electronic, and procedural security measures are maintained that comply with applicable state and federal regulations to safeguard confidential client information.
