Chelsea joined Harford Financial Group in December of 2025 after being adopted from Luna’s House by Adam and Donna. After a two-year journey of life transitions following her previous owner's entry into hospice care, Chelsea found her forever home and her true calling as our full-time Chief Happiness Officer. Her daily responsibilities include sitting in on team meetings, warmly greeting clients, and providing world-class emotional support. Lacking a bank account, Chelsea skips the traditional salary and 401(k) match, opting instead to be compensated entirely in treats, walks, and belly rubs.

When she isn't supervising productivity around the office, you can find her fetching her favorite ball or relaxing at home watching the Hallmark Channel with her mom.
