Diane started her career at Harford Financial Group as an intern in 2002 and worked her way up to her role today. She is our Operations Manager and takes charge of payroll, managing staff, selling insurance, handling the firm’s technology, and all other special projects. She loves the variety of her work each week and that she is always learning something new and she is driven by the relationships she builds with clients as they work with the firm. She considers herself faithful, loyal and dependable and uses these values to serve clients every day.
Throughout her career at the firm, Diane has greatly appreciated the flexibility to build her career and spend time with family. Her perfect day would be spending time with her husband, kids, and dog enjoying a day on the Chesapeake Bay.
